Are you able to work an 8 hour shift, 1-on-1, with a child?

Are you currently an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)? (You can still apply if you select "No"!)
Are you able to meet the physical demands of working with children?
This includes getting down and up off the floor many times in a day, sitting on the floor, playing with a child, being physically active with a child throughout the day, possibly carrying a child if they need assistance.
Do you have experience working with children in a professional setting?
Do you have experience working with children with developmental disabilities, such as Autism?
Are you comfortable working with young children to teach them sensitive life skills such as potty training or brushing their teeth?
Do you understand that working with children on the Autism Spectrum (ASD) may present challenges such as tantrums, including getting physical or hitting, and other problematic behaviors? Do you also understand that you will receive specialized training to deal with these behaviors?
Are you bilingual?
